Independent Support Worker and Enrolled Nurse

I am an independent support worker and Enrolled Nurse based in Western Sydney. I am currently continuing my Bachelor of Nursing studies and bring experience in home-based support, daily-living assistance, professional communication and care documentation.

I founded Appleby Community Care because I believe high-quality support should be reliable, respectful and centred on the individual. Every person has their own routines, preferences, culture, goals and definition of independence.

My approach is calm, practical and person-centred. I work collaboratively with clients, families and authorised care teams, while maintaining professional boundaries, privacy and clear communication.

Support is always provided within my qualifications, competence, scope of practice and agreed support plan.
